First time in the store and I can't believe I waited that long to visit. I need a good pair of On Cloud shoes and needed some help bc I was completely lost. The very sweet and knowledgeable worker Nae, was more than happy to assist me. Was so patient and gave me her best recommendations. Good Customer service is hard to find these days and being District Sales Manager, it was very much appreciated. Thank you so much Nae.

OMG.... I was very pleased with the customer service. The young lady that helped us was patient and polite. She took her time, she smiled, and was very friendly. The quality of the merchandise is worth the money! I don't live in the Delta anymore, but I'd definitely make the drive from Memphis to Greenwood.

Rented my husband's suit for our daughters wedding here. The employee was a young lady who was polite and measured him for his tux. We later came to pick it up and it was exactly as I had imagined, and fit beautifully. He was so handsome for the wedding! Highly recommend!
